Hi, I’m Andrea Samadi

I know first-hand about stress in the classroom as my first job out of The University of Toronto’s Faculty of Education, was a behavioral class. I felt overwhelmed and frustrated by the lack of resources to help her manage and teach my students, so I set out on a mission to find ways to support students and educators in the classroom.  At the same time, was motivated to find solutions to elevate student voice, motivation, and character to take students and educators to higher levels of achievement and well-being. This was where the vision for the Level Up for Students Program began.

In 2014, we partnered with AZ Department of Education as a preferred provider of Character, Leadership and Social and Emotional Learning programs for schools who apply for the Character Education Matching Grant. Schools gain access to Achieveit360’s online resources to help educators to reduce stress while increasing learning and achievement. To date, over 11,000 students have gone through this program.

Jeff Kleck

GCU Adjunct Instructor, School Administrator

“Like Martin Luther King Jr. I have a dream. I dream that someday all teachers will teach students how to think rather than making them think. I dream that all students will understand how their brains work and use the knowledge to be successful and excel in whatever endeavors they choose and that students and teachers will find books like Level Up to increase their brain power and success.“

Dr. Branham and I met Mrs. Andrea Samadi in 2014. The new character education class truly captivated our students. Our parents even saw a pleasant change in their child and Victory High School’s new Character Education program.  Andrea’s personal stories helped the students see how life ups and downs a can be teachable moments on their way to success. Mrs. Samadi’s program taught our students how to develop Character.
