How do I get started?

Contact us for a consultation to find out your site’s needs.  Once we know what your largest needs are, we can customize a plan to work with your staff (with stress reduction techniques and strategies) with support for families at home (with Level Up Online) to prepare children ages 13 and up with the Social Emotional skills they will need for success in their future and beyond.

What is your refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.

How do you work with our site?

We offer webinar/online training as the most cost effective solution.

We do offer live meetings/training for Arizona, California, Las Vegas and with a consultation with our team.

How do participants use the Level Up program?

Level Up Your Workplace training can be presented LIVE or via webinar and participants can login with a unique username and password and work independently with their lessons at home.

All participants receive access to Level Up for Students (for ages 13 and up) so that families can implement the concepts together for increased productivity.

How do you track participant results?

Participants are provided with a username and password, and they take the initial and final assessment that checks where they are before the program, and assesses where they are at the end of the program. After each section, there is a Check Your Understanding section to be sure all concepts are understood.

Reports of all participants show the course completion activity.
